Most airlines do not provide effective ways to break this cycle and restore a pilots confidence to the level that they both enjoy and learn from simulator sessions.
CockpitCoach aims to fill this gap by providing simulator training focussed on the non-technical aspects of flying, highlighting the strong aspects of pilot performance and making sure the simulator is left with a positive feeling.
Our aim is not just to make sure you can fly a grading, assessment, command courses, return to work after absence, or a proficiency check. The main aim is to make sure you can enjoy these sessions as a learning experience, now and in the future.
